ACHS Holistic Health and Wellness Blog

    Tiffany Stout

In her studies varying from art history to urban farming, Tiffany brings a dash of design and a passion for holistic living to ACHS. Currently working towards a degree in holistic nutrition, her intention is to spread the word of healing the body using mother nature. Originally from Arizona, Tiffany is trained in sunset watching and witnessing blooms from the most rigid of cacti. Her 10 year customer service career has taken her to California where she lived on a peninsula, to the bountiful Oregon landscape where she is digging in her roots. In her free time she can be found growing plants on her 5th floor balcony, hiking, flowing in yoga, and experimenting in the kitchen.
