Here are 5 blissful herbal iced tea recipes to keep your summer libations sensational:
Peppermint Mentha ×piperita: 2 parts
Fennel Foeniculum vulgare seed: ½ part
Ginger Zingiber officinale root: ½ part
Blend and steep one teaspoon per cup for 5-10 minutes.
This recipe is perfect for soothing the belly before, during, or after travel. It’s delicious in a water bottle while you’re on the go, or make a batch of ice cubes (stored in an airtight container) and add to your water bottle as needed. Are you traveling this winter? Peppermint Mentha ×piperita or Spearmint Mentha spicata leaves (or combo): 1 part
Nettle Urtica dioica leaves: 1 part

Grind one ounce of kava kava root in a coffee grinder to make a powder. Add two tablespoons of kava root powder to the rest of the ingredients. Blend together for five minutes in a blender or a cocktail shaker. Strain the liquid, chill, and enjoy over ice. Thyme Thymus vulgaris: 1 part
Cinnamon Cinnamomum zeylanicum: 1 part
