Amber Elliott is a holistic health practitioner, yoga instructor, wellness consultant, author, and business owner. Amber’s love for herbalism started in her childhood years. She would spend hours in the woods contemplating the benefits of herbs that grew there. This love evolved and grew over time, and she ventured into pursuing holistic health and herbalism as a career path.

Hawah Life approaches nurturing holistic well-being through various services designed to help individuals and groups flourish in mind, body, and spirit. This includes personalized one-on-one and group wellness consultations, where she delves into her clients' unique needs and aspirations, helping them create a path toward wellness that suits their lifestyles. She offers energy healing sessions, mindfulness and meditation classes to foster mental and emotional clarity. These practices help to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall inner peace. Through Amber’s SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) yoga classes, she combines movement and mindfulness, promoting physical fitness while nurturing emotional intelligence. Self-care workshops are essential in today’s fast-paced world and Amber guides her clients to develop self-care routines and strategies to lead a healthier, happier life.
Amber reaches beyond her community with her podcast called Brew of Wellness where she discusses various health, wellness, and spiritual concepts. She is also the author of the book The Postured Christian: With a Spiritual Perspective, which can be found at Barnes and Noble.
Amber has completed many programs with ACHS and was successful in her studies. She has stayed connected to ACHS as an alumni and has been an inspiration to her peers. Amber reflects that ACHS's flexible online learning options made it convenient for her to pursue holistic health education while balancing other commitments in her life. Amber's dedication to her holistic health journey knows no bounds, as she has recently made an exciting decision to embark on a new chapter in her educational pursuits. Starting in the spring of 2024, Amber is thrilled to be joining ACHS's Doctoral program. This program will allow her to delve even deeper into her passion for holistic health and expand her knowledge and expertise in the field. Amber continues to build on her work and expand her business.
