How are you doing on your New Year’s resolutions? Did you know that just 8% of people actually achieve their New Year’s resolution? For such a positive tradition, that’s not a very positive statistic. But don’t let that discourage you! The winter blahs are enough to de-motivate the best of us.
Our to-do lists don’t stop growing when we feel unmotivated. In fact, sometimes our lists grow and grow because we’re unmotivated. Yes, you probably do have to do dishes, the laundry, the grocery shopping, the internet search, the homework assignment, the job application … eventually. But first, you have to find your spark!
Your spark is what brought you to this moment in your life. It’s what you care about, the causes that move you, the issues that keep you up at night, the desires that compel you forward, the people and places that seize your heart. It’s your motivation.

What are we to do? Cue the words of wisdom.
Experience shows us that the path to positive movement forward is walked one step at a time.
One step at a time means one choice. One moment. One action … like reading a quote from a stranger who eerily seems to know you really, really well. That’s totally do-able!
Whether you’re bored, frustrated, unsure, or just unwilling to get out of your pajamas … here are 7 questions to spark your transition from unmotivated to inspired.

While you’re feeling motivated, request more information about that Certificate in Wellness Consulting, that Associate in Health and Wellness, or even the Bachelor of Integrative Health Sciences.
