    Paz Etcheverry

    Dr. Paz Etcheverry is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, but has lived in the U.S. for several years. She currently teaches NAT 308, NUT 101, NUT 309, CAP 501, CHEM 501, NUT 501, NUT 509, NUT 510, RES 501 for ACHS. She obtained her M.S. degree in Food Science and Nutrition from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, and her Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. As a post-doctoral associate at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, Paz focused on mineral nutrition and methods of alleviating mineral deficiencies in developing countries. Subsequently, she became an instructor and maintained her own research laboratory.
