    Miranda is the founder and Chief Wellness Officer at Food Heals Coaching. She is a holistic health coach with plans to become a registered dietitian and certified yoga instructor. Her passion for healthy living began in 2013 when was forced into intensive bed rest while recovering from knee and back injuries. Small changes helped her lose 30 pounds with NO EXERCISE! She continues to learn more about healthy lifestyles to minimize the pain from her scoliosis. She teaches clients how to harness the power of nutrient dense foods and gentle exercise to support their bodies naturally. Her goal is to create a lifestyle brand where Americans see food and movement as the ultimate medicine and forget the word diet.
